When you submit an inquiry, request a demonstration or ask for a quotation, you may provide your name, company or organization, work email, telephone number, country or region, organization type, products of interest and request details. Emails and support tickets may also contain contact details, service issues and correspondence you provide. Please avoid submitting passwords, access keys or sensitive information unrelated to your request. The website and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, request records and verification results to operate the site and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to answer inquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide quotations, communicate about and deliver requested services, follow up on support issues, protect the website and improve its performance. Forms include the website page path from which a request originated to help us understand its context. The website does not currently offer AI chat.

For these purposes, relevant information may be processed by providers supporting ACMI with cloud hosting, email delivery, security verification and customer support systems. For example, form contents are delivered to ACMI through an email service, and security services process information needed for verification. Depending on the services used, information may be processed in Taiwan and in other countries or regions where relevant providers deliver services, storage or support, involving international transfers. Inquiry and support information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to requests, provide services, perform contracts and address related disputes. Information subject to legal retention requirements is kept as required by applicable law. Security and technical records are processed for the periods needed to operate the website and prevent abuse. When the collection purpose ends or the retention period expires, information is deleted or its processing or use is stopped in accordance with law, subject to lawful exceptions.
